RAINBOW TUNA SALAD
- 6 oz. tuna packed in
- water, drained
- Red onion, finely chopped
- Red/green peppers, chopped
- Celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 pickle spear, chopped
- Shredded red cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons flax oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1/2 packet sweetener
- Black pepper to taste
- Whole wheat wrap

Mix all ingredients for salad together in a bowl until well blended. Put in fridge for 20 minutes. Remove from fridge and eat as is or put it in a whole wheat wrap if you wish and Enjoy!
